Hoy os vuelvo a traer un look monocolor en marrón ¡mi color favorito para el invierno! Ya os enseñé un look en camel hace poco (ver aquí) y hoy el look es en marrón chocolate con una americana muy tomboy de estampado de pata de gallo y mi nuevo bolsito de Dresslily (comprar aquí) una marca con la que colaboro bastante y me han dado el código "ELSA" para vosotras con el que tenéis un 12% de descuento en vuestra compra.

HAPPY MOTHER´S DAY @ AMORINO GELATO

¡¡FELIZ DÍA A TODAS LAS MAMÁS DEL MUNDO!!

Yo lo celebré ayer con mi mami aprovechando que era el cumple de mi padre, así que nos fuimos los 3 a comer por el centro de Madrid y de postre nos fuimos a tomar un helado a Amorino Gelato en su tienda en la Calle Mayor nº 40 y es que ayer hizo un bochorno impresionante y a todos nos apetecía disfrutar de la ciudad con un buen helado artesano en la mano.

AGATHA RUIZ DE LA PRADA LOOK @ MBFWM

Desde el día que me compré esta sudadera en la tienda de Agatha en Serrano (un universo paralelo en el que todo es de color rosa y viviría allí eternamente) supe que se convertiría en una de mis prendas favoritas del invierno y, que era el mejor look para acudir a su desfile en Madrid Fashion Week.

Quería dar el máximo protagonismo a la sudadera así que aposté por shorts en negro con medias tupidas y para rematar el look me puse estas sneakers que tienen los mismos colores que aparecen en la sudadera: rojo, blanco y azul.

Since the day I bought this Agatha Ruiz de la Prada sweatshirt at her shop in Serrano, I knew it would become one of my favorite winter items and it was the best look to attend her show at Madrid Fashion Week.

I wanted to place maximum emphasis on the sweatshirt so I bet on black short and tights and to finish the look I chose these sneakers, which have the same colors as the sweatshirt: red, white and blue.

GOLDEN BIKER LOOK @ MBFWM

Para los desfiles de la cuarta jornada de la MBFWM innové con un vestido negro, las mismas botas del día anterior y una biker en tonos tierra dorados que era la protagonista del look.

Mezcle prendas de estilos distintos como un vestido lady con una biker rockera y botas militares... ¿Os convence el resultado?

For the fashion shows on the 4th day of MBFWM I chose a LBD, the same boots I wore the previous day and a golden biker which was the star for the look.

BLACK & CAMEL LOOK @ MARYPAZ

Ya os enseñé en el último post los dos looks que construimos Vir y yo partiendo de nuestras nuevas botas de MaryPaz (AQUÍ). Hoy os traigo mi look con más detalle e información.

Últimamente me está gustando mucho la combinación de negro y camel así que mi look ideal fueron unos pitillos negros a juego con chaleco de pelo de Promod y la parte camel estaba compuesta por una camisa de Benetton y mis botas de MaryPaz.

Lately I´m enjoying so much the Black&Camel mix so my ideal look were a black skinny jeans with a Promod furry vest and  the camel part was composed of a Benetton shirt and my MaryPaz boots.

TRENDY TWINS #SHOELOVERCRUSH BY MARYPAZ

¡¡Buenos días preppies!!

Hoy os traigo una colaboración que hice con mi BFF Virginia, que acaba de comenzar con su blog www.beverlyheels.blogpsot.com, con la marca de zapatos Marypaz. Como buenas BFF somos uña y carne así que no nos pudimos resistir a estas botas de media caña de ante  ¡¡son tan amorosas!!

Como ya sabéis, en muchos de mis looks saco zapatos de esta marca y es que apuestan por las tendencias del momento y a precios asequibles así que ¡imposible resistirse!

En la edición de septiembre Madrid Fashion Week, fuimos vestidas con estilismos idénticos y por ello, nos han bautizado como Trendy Twins... ¡pues bien! Hoy os traemos la segunda entrega (podéis recordar la primera AQUI) de Trendy Twins con dos looks con las mismas botas ¿Cuál os gusta más?

Today I bring a collaboration I did with my BFF Virginia,  whose blog is www.beverlyheels.blogpsot.com, with MaryPaz shoes brand. We couldn´t resist to these suede half boots ¡¡they are so lovely!!

As you know, on many of my looks I wore MaryPaz shoes that´s why they´re betting on current trends with affordable prices... impossible to resist!

On Madrid Fashion Week September edition, Virginia and I were dressed in identical outfits and therefore people called us "Trendy Twins"... So today is coming the second volume (can remember the first HERE) 

Trendy Twins with the same boots but with two different looks... What do you prefer? On Sunday I´ll post my look specifically and with details.

ROCKER LOOK @ MBFWM

El domingo fue un día non-stop y es que acudí a los desfiles de por la mañana y por la tarde.

Para aguantar un día entero en IFEMA aposté por un zapato cómodo, así que construí el look partiendo de pies a cabeza con mis botas de Mustang. Perfilé un look  rockero caracterizado por botas militares, pitillos grises combinado con negro y muchas tachuelas.  Ese día dejé mi lado preppy durmiendo en casa.

Aprovechando que los tatuajes temporales están de moda, le di un tono más cañero aún con un earcuff y un tatuaje de serpiente en la muñeca (no te preocupes mamá que no es temporal)

Sunday was a non-stop day because I went to Fashion Week Shows at morning & afternoon.

To hold an entire day at IFEMA i chose a comfortable shoes, so I built the look from toe to head with my Mustang boots. I outlined a rocker look characterized by military boots, gray skinny jeans with black tones and many tacks. That day I left my preppy spirit sleeping at home.

Taking advantage of temporary tattoos which are so trendy, emphasize my look to the extreme with an earcuff and snake tattoo on the wrist ( don´t worry mom it´s a temporal tattoo)

MAKE IT WORK

Hoy os traigo un post el cual he titulado "make it work" porque voy a combinar prendas totalmente opuestas para crear un look que mezcle el estilo lady con el sporty.

Para la parte lady he estrenado mis joyas de Vadtres; un colgante de plata en forma de pluma realizada en técnica de microfusión y un anillo formado por tres piedras drusas bañado en oro; mi bolso/clutch que me regaló mi BFF Vir por mi cumpleaños y un abrigo negro clásico con solapas. El toque sporty lo dieron mis sneakers de Zara (recién estrenaditas) y unos jeans.

Today I have a new post called "Make it work" because this weekend I have combined opposed items to create a look that blends lady style with sporty.

For the lady parte I chose my Vadtres jewelry, he clutch which my BFF gave me for my birthday and a classic black coat with lapels. Moreover, I got the sporty touch with my ZARA sneakers and jeans.

¡Buenos días!

Hoy os traigo mi segundo look para el segundo día en la Fashion Week, como ya sabéis, acudí a los desfiles de por la mañana (Duyos, Roberto Verino y Andrés Sardá) así que me tocó madrugar para desplazarnos Pablo y yo hasta IFEMA... ¡pero sarna con gusto no pica!

A pesar del cansancio, hicimos unas fotos para que vierais el look que llevé a los desfiles donde mezcle el negro y el camel con una blazer de estampado animal para darle más alegría al look.

Today I want you to show you my look for the second day in Madrid Fashion Week, as you know, I went to the morning fashion shows (Duyos, Roberto Verino & Andrés Sardá) so I had to get up early to go to IFEMA with Pablo... but is there a better way to get up early that going to a fashion show?

Despite the fatigue, we took some pics of my look, it consist a mix of black&camel with an animal print blazer to give joy to the look.

DESIGUAL LOOK @ MBFWM

En el último post os mostré las fotos del desfile de Desigual (podéis verlo AQUÍ) y al ser el único desfile del día, me quise vestir adecuada a la marca... ¡¡¡con una explosión de color!!!

Construí una base en negro con los botines de MaryPaz, unos pitillos y una camiseta básica negra para luego potenciar el color con la camisa étnica que ya he utilizado en varias ocasiones y un bolso coral que potencia la camisa.

On my last post I showed you the pics I took during Desigual Fashion Show (you can see it again HERE) it was the only fashion show of the day so I wanted to dress according to the brand... with a color explosion!

I built a black base look with MaryPaz boots, skinny pants and a basic tee and after enhance the color with the ethnic shirt I have used repeatedly and a coral maxibag.

MFSHOWWOMEN LOOK

Como ya sabéis los que me seguís por instagram @preppyelsblog, hace una semana estuve en los desfiles de la MFSHOW en una localización espectacular: la preciosa galería de centro-centro de Cibeles. Fui a ver los desfiles de David Christian, Aureria Gil, Yono Taola, La Condesa y Marcos Luengo.

Para pasar una larga jornada de desfiles aposté por la comodidad, aprovechando que el normcore está de moda, compuse un look para aguantar una jornada todo-terreno ¡nada de tacones! Zapato plano y bien calentito, con el frío que hacía en Madrid las UGG fueron mi gran aliado, unos leggins la mar de cómodos y jersey oversize gris que encontré en las rebajas de Zara ¡tan sólo 8€!

As you know, those who follow me on instagram @preppyelsblog, a week ago I went to see MFShow Women in a spectacular location: the beautiful gallery of centro-centro at Cibeles. I attended to the next fashion shows: David Christian, Aureria Gil, Yono Taola, La Condesa y Marcos Luengo.

To spend a long week I bet for comfort, taking advantage of the normcore trend, I composed a look to stay all day there so... no heels! Madrid is freezing so my UGG boots were my greatest ally, comfortable leggings and oversize gray sweater found in Zara sales... just 8€!

FASHION WEEK INSPIRATION VOL I

Hoy arranca la Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid y estoy súper emocionada con los desfiles a los que voy a asistir; tardaré un tiempo hasta que publique todo en el blog pero podréis seguir mi día a día en IFEMA a través de mi twitter @preppyels y mi instragram @preppyelsblog.

Hoy os traigo un poquito de inspiración, que hace mucho que no saco posts de este estilo, para que todos los que vayamos a pasearnos por el famosísimo pabellón 14 vayamos confeccionando en nuestra cabeza los looks que queremos llevar... A mí me encanta jugar con distintas personalidades.

Today returns Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid and I´m super excited and anxious because I am going to attend different fashion shows. It will take me some time to publish everything about the fashion week but you know you can follow my daily routine at IFEMA throught my twitter account @preppyels and instagram @preppyelsblog

In brief Madrid Fashion week starts and I´m immersed in the midst of a terrible mess to get the invitations for the fashion shows, but once I´m at IFEMA watching the designers´ proposals I realize that the effort is worthy.

Today I leave you an inspiration post to start thinking about what to wear to the fashion show (it´s available for all fashion weeks not just the one which takes place in Madrid ;) )

MI PONCHO DE PETITMOLY

¡¡Buenos días preppies!!

Hoy os traigo un look con la prenda del momento: EL PONCHO.... ¿Quién no se ha comprado un poncho esta temporada? Desde que Burberry lanzó su capa/manta apareció la pandemia de ponchos dentro del mundo fashionista.

A mí al final me picó el gusanillo pero tenía claro que no quería tener el mismo poncho que el resto de la gente y sin duda el de PetitMoly me conquistó.

Today I bring you a look with the item of the moment: the poncho... Who has not bought a poncho this season? Since Burberry launched its coat/blanket a poncho pandemic appeared in the fashion world.

At the end I caught the bug and I´ve got it in my closet... but I was clear I didn´t want the same poncho as everybody has and undoubtedly The PetitMoly one conquered me.

LUNDIKIOSK COAT

¡¡¡Buenos días preppies!!!

En Madrid el frío se ha instalado y ha sido el momento estrella para sacar a la calle mi nuevo abrigo de Lundikiosk, estoy enamoradísima de él por varias razones.

Primero porque es de una marca española que sólo lanza 2 colecciones al año y de manera muy exclusiva produciendo tan sólo 100 piezas por colección por lo que al tener una de sus piezas te sientes súper especial porque muy pocas personas tendrán la misma prenda que tú.

Segundo porque están hechas en Barcelona y (aunque todas compremos marcas low-cost) no está mal  apoyar a las marcas que prefieren producir en su país de origen a deslocalizar la producción para ahorrar costes.

Y por último, porque este abrigo está hecho con los mejores materiales: lana de calidad Premium, de corte elegante y minimalista. No tenía ningún abrigo en gris marengo y el forro en verde lo dota de una vitalidad infinita.

In Madrid the cold is settled down and has been the best moment to take to the streets my  Lundikiosk coat, I am totally in love with it for several reasons.

First of all because it´s a Spanish brand that only launches 2 collections per year very exclusively, producing only 100 pieces per collection, so having one of its pieces makes you feel very special because few people will have the same item that you and when you wear something unique you feel more powerful...

Second because they are made in Barcelona (we all buy at low-cost shops) so it´s cool to support brands that prefer to produce in their country to relocate production to save costs.

And finally, because this coat is made with the finest materials: Premium wool, minimalist and elegant. I hadn't a charcoal gray coat and the green lining gives to the coat an infinite vitality.Good morning preppies!!!!

Como ya os anuncié en el post de diciembre (pinchar AQUÍ) voy a crear una serie de looks a lo largo de estas semanas inspiradas en las botellas de London Dry Gin "The Gin Collection".

Hoy os muestro mi look inspirado en la botella de Greenall´s, caractertizada por su pureza y carácter clásico.

Sin duda el color asociado a esta marca es el verde y por eso os traigo un look clásico de tonos oscuros en los que la falda verde le da ese punto de color y alegría.

Today I show you my look inspired by Greenall´s, characterized by its purity and classic character.

Certainly the color associated with this brand is green and that´s why I chose for this look a classic one of dark tones where the green skirt gives the joy and color.

We start the day with a cane look! Good weather continues in Madrid and It´s time to enjoy the last sunny afternoons, for a long day, I prefer comfortable clothing that doesn´t bother me as the sporty chic, the MUST of the moment, so... we could say that we´re lucky.

5 armas de dole filo en la FASHION WEEK // 5 DOUBLE EDGED WEAPONS FOR FASHION WEEK

Buenos días preppies! Hoy vuelvo a la rutina de la universidad y, aunque echo de menos el verano septiembre es menos septiembre porque el 11 empieza la fashion week en Madrid y yo voy a estar allí.

Durante febrero-marzo hemos estado siendo bombardeados con numerosos looks que han sido reyes del street style en todas las pasarelas del mundo: Nueva York, Madrid, Londres, Milán, París...

Tenemos inspiración para rato pero no todos los looks son objeto a imitar sino más bien todo lo contrario porque no nos olvidemos de la gran polémica del circo de la moda y de esos animalillos que lo forman llevando prendas imposibles pero que, a diferencia de looks que deberían ser fotografiados, son elegidos por su toque llamativo/original (hortera e imposible bajo mi punto de opinión)

Y por eso me he lanzado con un post en el que digo qué cosas no me han gustado nada del street style mundial que hemos vivido y que rezo para que no se pongan de moda (es mi opinión, vosotros podéis estar en desacuerdo y me gustaría leer vuestras opiniones a través de los comentarios)

Good morning preppies! Today I come back to university and... I'm missing summer already but September is not so bad because the 11th Fashion Week starts in Madrid and I'm going to be there.

During February-March we have been bombarded with numerous looks that have been kings of the street style on runways of the world: New York , Madrid , London, Milan , Paris ...

We have inspiration for a while but looks are not all subject to imitate but rather the opposite because let's not forget the great controversy of circus fashion and those animals that are carrying that impossible clothes but that looks unlike should be photographed , are chosen for their striking / original touch ( naff and impossible in my point of view)

And that is why I make a post in which I say what things I did not like anything about the street world style we have lived and I pray to not be popular (it's my opinion, you can be in disagreement and would like read your opinions through comments )
